Its highly esteemed client list encompasses local businesses in the private and public sector.Elite Security Agency has a strict code of ethics, which ultimately screens and selects its personnel. We provide all personnel with the best training possible, which places us in a position to offer well-rounded security personnel to our esteemed clients. Training given to our team of professionals ensures that all concerned utilize the skills acquired to function effectively at all times. All security officers are trained in First-Aid and CPR Administration.We provide services for commercial, residential and industrial clients. Our services include, but are not limited to, Guard Patrol Services, Personal Guard Service, Special Events (Concerts, Weddings, etc.), Boat Rides, Private Parties, Investigations, etc. Our services are available 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week (24/7). The company is managed by Mr. Andrew Johnson Sr., who is assisted by Mr. Andrew Johnson Jr., Operations Manager. Together, they have built a strong, vibrant and motivated management team. This team operates under the mandate to attract and retain the best Security Guard personnel in The Bahamas.

MR. ANDREW JOHNSON SR.

PRESIDENT

Andrew Johnson Sr. is the President of Elite Security Agency Ltd. He joined the company in 2000 as its President. He is also a Managing Partner of the Company. Mr. Johnson has over 25 years of experience in the Security business. He has managed security portfolios for private firms as well. Mr. Johnson is an excellent leader to the Elite team. His contribution to the Company is vital, as under his guidance and leadership Elite has grown by leaps and bounds and continues to be a force to be reckoned with in the Security business in The Bahamas. His knowledge and understanding of the business has placed him in a position to attract and retain a strong, dedicated and vibrant team of Security Personnel.

Mr. Johnson is the proud father of 3 sons, the oldest of whom is also a part of the Elite team, and holds the position of VP Human Resources. Mr. Johnson Sr. holds himself to a high standard and expects the same from all members of his team.

MR. ANDREW JOHNSON JR.

VICE PRESIDENT | OPERATIONS MANAGER

Andrew Johnson Jr. is Vice President & Operations Manager at Elite Security Agency. He is the youngest member of the Management Team, but in no way does this fact minimize the contributions that he has made, and continues to make, to the Elite team. He is a graduate of St. Mary’s University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, with a major in Human Resource Management. He is smart, diligent and functions with a high degree of professionalism.

Mr. Johnson Jr. is a valuable asset to the Elite team. His daily functions include the overall day to day operations of the firm.

MR. DARREN TRECO

SECURITY MANAGER

Darren Treco is a Certified Security Manager with an emphasis on customer service and has a keen eye for detail. Mr.Treco has a wealth of knowledge in many areas of management and investigation.

Mr.Treco’s duties are, but not limited to compliance and making positively sure that all of our officers in the field adhere to company policy. Mr. Treco will communicate on a regular bases with our valued clients to ensure that they are completely satisfied with our services.

MS. MEQUEEL HENFIELD

OFFICE MANAGER

Ms. Henfield is a Certified Office Manager having over 10 years experience in management. Her main daily functions include Employee Shift Scheduling, Hiring Security Personnel along with maintaining a high level of productivity within the office. She is the proud mother of 2 children and enjoys traveling and learning about new places around the world.
